H1 House by Santiago F. Carnerero is Located in Carbajal de la Legua, León, Spain on 4,310 square feet and was designed to maximize the potential of the hilly site on which it was built.
The concrete has chosen to build the house, which creates a sharp contrast with the environment, creates a commitment with contemporary architectural language and helps to solve structural difficulties on location up the hill.
The house creates it’s own ground level, and modifies the view in both ways, from the house and from the outside.
There’s a garage and facilities on the ground floor, a studio and the master bedroom on the first floor (where two bodies of the house meet), other bedrooms are on the second floor.
The roofs are flat, using one of them as a lookout over the river bank.
