Harley in da House by Three Ball Cascade Architects

Japanese practice Three Ball Cascade Architects have recently completed ‘Harley in da House’ residence, for a client with an interest in cars. The cars will be protected and displayed at the lower levels while the owner living with his parents above.

Natural light penetrates the interiors from several voids of simple rectangular form of the residence. Spacious garage and living room at street level are separated by a large glass wall, creating a constant visual connection and treating the automobile more as a piece of art on display.

Dark walnut is used as the flooring and furniture materials.
