The Murray Table

The Murray Table was conceived from the philosophy of direct design. Each element comes from either a structural need or as a part of the making process. The base utilizes the inherent strength of the triangle, while the connection between the base and top comes directly from the forging process used to flatten its ends. Constructed from bronze and locally sourced cherry, The Murray Table is a product of the materials and construction techniques it is made from.
