Ville CasaClima, located a few kilometers from the center of Verona, is designed by Michele Perlini of ARCStudio Perlini within the terms and application of freedom, modern and contemporary.
The house is suspended from the ground completely, providing a feeling of intense spatial abstraction.
The static structure is given by the eight steel pillars that support the main floor by the edge beams which houses suspended on a wooden frame. The house opens to the landscape through the many glass windows being able to create continuity between interior and exterior.
A walkway creates a visual perspective to the entrance of the house.
The main facade with large windows open to the South. The glass allows a view into the trees of the garden and be able to create continuity of space.
The project has been certified CasaClima Class A at 24 kW/ mqa.
