Balcony Over Bronte by Luigi Rosselli Architects

Luigi Rosselli Architects have designed the ‘Balcony Over Bronte’ house in collaboration with Corrado Palleschi and interior designer Alexandra Donohoe in Sydney, Australia.

The house is built for a young family on a battle axe block overlooking Bronte, acts as a big balcony built to browse the beach.

The client has seen a graphic palette of black and white tones carried to great effect throughout the house and demanded these two colours to dominate.

Dark timber is boldly used as a main element in the staircase, which created a looks like treads and handrail are seem to float in light.
