Located in Banská Bystrica (central Slovakia), the house is renovated for a married couple and the son by Neopolis, a design office from Slovakia.
At the entrance hall, decorative floor tiles continues up to mirror. Kitchen and living room are joined to create an open living space. Whole space is designed in combination of two main decors – white colour and walnut wood. The wooden parts (as in the floors) are made of massive walnut.
Fireplace in the living room has no chimney since there’s just bio-ethanol burning instead of woods or such, with a nice flame effect, without smoke.
There are two wash-basins, in the bathroom. Also a guest room in the house, which is a temporary home office at the moment – with a lot of book shelfs and display cabinets.
Bright colours are used in the master bedroom with just small accent of exotic wood.
High level materials as massive woods, special glossy furniture materials, italian leather, high-end ceramics are preferred to be used in the flat to create simple but an elegant feeling in the apartment flat.
