The sentence that people use in order to show humility :”A house with two rooms is enough for us” vanished. Because Stefan Bräuning’s Esslingen Architekt left the beaten path in humility by designing a house with a single room. The house structured on a hillside in Ostfildern surprises thanks to its numerous views while protecting privacy to some degree.

It is possible to encounter contrasts in the house designed by interacting between raw materials and specially treated components. For instance, the oxidized staircase panels contrasts to the colourful smooth epoxy floor.

Tailored to the requirements of its developers, there are high tech systems in the kitchen and bathroom. The result is the fascinating harmony of the features mentioned.
