“Archives” by Studio Job is at Milano Design Week

The heart of design, Milan Design Week has been hosting the wallpaper collection “Archives” designed by Studio Job by raiding their archive for the Dutch brand NLXL.

Studio Job founders Job Smeets and Nynke Tynagel raided their own archive and used existing icons, images and patterns to create nine-metre running compositions without repetition, for the Archives wallpaper collection for NLXL.

The collection consists seven design: Industry, Labyrinth, Perished, Alt Deutsch, L’Afrique and Withered Flowers that is avaliable both monochrome or colour. Each roll is nine metres by 48.7 centimetres made from a non-woven paper with a matte finish.

Archives will be at the NLXL Milan showroom during Milan Design Week until Sunday 13 April 2014, 10am – 9pm, at Via Savona 35, Milan.
