Bonaire House by Silberstein Architecture

Florida-based architecture practice Silberstein Architecture has completed a two-story contemporary residence is located on Bonaire, a Caribbean island part of The Netherlands Antilles, called the ‘Bonaire House’.

The housing project has three bedrooms with their own private bathroom, one other bedroom with its exterior private bathroom, a study/TV room also with its own full bath to allow for future conversion into a bedroom, an open plan living room and dining room with a kitchen, one car garage, a pool, spa and dock for boats and jet skis.

The outline of the house and location of rooms are influenced by the close proximity of adjacent homes, predominant wind direction, and water views.
