Casa Almare by Elias Rizo Architects and collaborators is situated on a cliff overlooking Bahía de Banderas, Mexico.
The house has four rooms that take advantage of the breathtaking views of the bay. The interaction between the house and the stunning ocean view can be observed in every phase of the project.
The street façade conceals the size of the house with its discreet appearance, but it displays the clean lines and careful aesthetic of the whole project.
The street level top floor is comprised of two blocks. The first block contains the main entrance, parking, storage areas, engine room, staff dormitory (with bathroom); the second block forms a lobby terrace area, with bathroom, bar and a laundry room.
The patio functions as a ventilation for all service areas, allowing the rooms to encompass the whole ocean side façade.
