Masahiko Sato of Architect Show has designed the ‘I-House’ in Nagasaki, Japan.
The structure is facing the sea on south and stands a top a small hill, easily recognizable from the street due to its bright white colour and its intriguing shape.
Accessible by a winding path, the house was designed to create minimal the impact on its surroundings.
The house is a three storey bulding and the street facing facade is almost completely windowless in order to guide all of the sight and views towards the sea.
Also, sloped facade is enabling an abundance of light to enter the interior.
