A house in Kazakhstan, isolated from the noise and dirt of the city.
The house by A.Masow Design Studio is in the woodland area 15 kilometres outside of Almaty that is the largest city of Kazakhstan. Almasov Aibek, the architect, found that place suitable for ImagineHouse because the customer required a house that will be isolated from the noise, dirty air and bustle of the city.
The one-room residence is surrounded by glass walls between thick concrete slabs. The wooden louvres over the glass walls provides shading and privacy.
While there are solar panels to provide electricity, the part beneath the house is designed for collect, recycle and store the rainwater.
