At one time an integral part of people’s kitchens, the wash area gradually evolved over time into a separate self-contained room. Now though we are increasingly seeing bathrooms moving back into the living areas.
The Stand up collection designed by Thomas Schnur features a universal design that deliberately avoids aligning itself with one specific location. Instead, the collection embraces the notion of using furniture flexibly throughout the home. The side table can stand in the shower, or equally next to your sofa, while the curtain can screen off the shower or also serve as a suspended living room partition.
The platforms and compartments of the plateau stands make personal items accessible at a convenient height to users when they are standing up.
