Pescados Capitales restaurant by Gonzalez Moix Arquitectos

Argentinan practice Gonzalez Moix Arquitectos have recently finished the Pescados Capitales restaurant in Lima, Peru.

By two tall concrete walls, the place replicate the style of the temple of Ollantaytambo.

Levered place has a sloped corridor on the entrance. Thick concrete beams stretch the interstitial space, crossing through each other in an almost random way. A large box is created out of glass panels, via placing them vertically, to provide a more private space to dine.

An open-air courtyard is located in the middle, between the volume with kitchen, bar and service functions, and the two enclosed seating spaces.
