Modern design, rustic details and impressive 10 meter-high ceilings are three major elements define the architecture of this farmhouse in São Paulo, Brazil.
Brazilian architect Mauricio Karam is developed the design of the beautiful farm house Residence Baronesa, from inside-out. Structured on a single level, the house draws its roots from the living room, which is the heart of the project. With its high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and generous lounge area, the living room is the main living and socializing area, for sure.
Natural elements like stone, concrete and wood were the main preferred materials in the project.
The rustic style can be observed in the window frames and various decorative objects, alongside with the modern wood paneling, layout and furniture arrangements, in a well balanced harmony.
The residence also features a large garden with swimming pool, a barbecue and a campfire area.
