Rubik’s Cube for the Blind

As in it’s most simple form, the famous puzzle cube, the Rubik’s Cube is now solvable for the people who had no vision at all. Just with a simple but brilliant idea of replacing the colors with brail dots, it is ready to be sold.

The Germany-based designer Konstantin Datz explains this concept as follows: “This concept of the Rubik Cube is an attempt to adjust this timeless toy to the needs of blind persons- it allows them to feel  the colors. But the most interesting aspect of this concept is to recognise that it is almost as catchy for people who can see to solve this version of the cube as it is difficult persons to solve a regular magic cube”
