The Bowen Mountain House by CplusC Architecture

Australian architecture practice CplusC Architecture has designed and constructed the Bowen Mountain House in New South Wales, Australia.

The house serves as a weekend retreat for the owners complete with pool, pool house, and sauna.

The house has a steel frame that was welded on-site prior to being shot-blasted and finished with a two-part epoxy paint system, which is one of the longest lasting corrosion protection systems available today.

Both new and recycled Australian hardwoods were used in the structure. Soft-toned grey steel used on the roof surface, which perfetly blends with the tones of the surrounding bush.
The house merges with the landscape seamlessly.
