Vespa Daniela by Carlos Alberto

Portugese carpenter Carlos Alberto has followed the footsteps of Vespa motorcycle’s first designer Corradino D’Ascanio and come up with this beautifully hand crafted, all wood – except for the engine, metal, glass and leather parts – amazing design.

Without a doubt, one of the worlds cutest designs, the first Vespa model (by Corradino D’Ascanio) was created in 1945 and produced about a year later. It is hard to believe but Corradino D’Ascanio was a motorbike hater!

An entirely hand-crafted art piece, Vespa Daniela’s mechanical parts was provided from a forgotten Vespa in Carlos Alberto’s garage.
Vespa Daniela most likely derives her name as it is dedicated to his daughter Daniela.
